She is survived by: her children, Belinda Holbrook (Dennis) of Davenport, Terry Johnson (Paula) of Kanawha, Scott Johnson (Laura) of Belmond and Kurt Johnson (Michelle) of Adel; and her siblings, Ina Mayland of Kanawha and Howard (Betty) of Humboldt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
