He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jutting and Minnie Jutting (Jurgens); his wife Birdene; and his siblings, Gerald Jutting and Ruth Akkermann.

He is survived by: his children, Eileen Jutting of Johnston and Randy Jutting (Carla) of Huxley; his grandchildren, Amy Follmuth (Steven), Randi Harms (Trevor), Beckie Jutting (Kaden Cameron), Grace Jutting and Hanna Jutting; his great grandchildren, Kinzlee Ann, Dylann Quinn, Wyatt Howard and Scotlynn Connie; and his siblings, Margaret Irons, Stella Ainslie (Brian), David Tiedens (Mary), Roger Jutting (Bev) and Janet Jutting.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ewing Funeral Home (118 E 2nd St, Kanawha, IA 50447). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Kanawha Christian Reformed Church (129 E 3rd St, Kanawha, IA 50447).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kanawha Community Home or the Kanawha Christian Reformed Church.
