It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tyrone Butterbaugh (Kalona, Iowa), born in Washington, Iowa, who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. Butterbaugh and Dorothy K. Butterbaugh (Lynn); and his sister Shelda Eads (Priscilla Rounds). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ross Carter; his children, Bill Goodwin of Iowa City, Donnie McDannald (Jennifer) of Oregon, Donna McDannald Gingerich of North Liberty, Derrick McDannald (Carrie), Julie Carter and Jesse Carter of Kalona; and his brother Don Butterbaugh (Judy) of Marion. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a general memorial fund has been established.
