He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Stutzman and Lydia Stutzman (Bontrager); his wife Shirley Martin; and his siblings, John, Omar, Levi of Henry, EJ, LeRoy, Mary Bontrager, Ada, Barbara Bender and Ann Raber.
He is survived by: his sister Alta Widmer; his sons, Walt (Patty) of Washington, Curtis (Svetlana) of Kalona and Lyle (Monica) of Panora; and his grandchildren, Shauna Olson (Todd), Joni Jones (Eric), Shelby Middleton (Merrell), Sonja Stutzman (Stewart Masters), Alex Stutzman, Artyom Rayev (Ashley), Mikhala Febel (Bryan) and Morgan Stutzman. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
