She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hinsley and Lula Constance Hinsley (Bolter); her husband Raymond Zywiec; and her siblings, Jack, Bob, Dick, Ray, Donnie, Donald, Howard, Fred, Donna Jean, Arlene, Dorothy and Frances.
She is survived by: her son Bill Zywiec (Molly); and her grandson Brayden Zywiec. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations can be given in Sally's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
