With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salina Bontrager of Kalona, Iowa, born in Mazie, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Menno Chupp and Barbara Chupp (Bontrager); and her husband Joe E. Bontrager. She is survived by: her children, Merle Bontrager (Fern) of Wellman, Mary Schrock (Willis) of Lincoln, MO, Karen Miller (Tim) of Tyler, TX, Marlin Bontrager (Becky) of Kalona, Gary Bontrager of Kalona, Lavon Bontrager (Vesta) of Kalona, Wayne Bontrager (Linda) of Parsons, KS and Wanda Stutzman (Leon) of Wellman; and her brother Andy Chupp of Pryor, OK.. She is also survived by 42 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for Iowa City Hospice.
