He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Soukup and Betty Soukup (Owen); his wife Iris; his daughter-in-law Laura; and his brother Jim.
He is survived by: his sons, Kyle Soukup (Misty) of Lone Tree, Kirk Soukup (Karen) of Middletown and Brad Soukup (Tina) of Muscatine; his grandchildren, Michael Soukup, Steven Soukup, Sarah Hitzeroth (Joe), Emma Soukup, Kolton Soukup, Austin Soukup, Dakota Soukup (Kelsey Kendra), Austin Clark and Katerina Clark; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Hitzeroth, Theodore Hitzeroth and Loren Clark.
