She is survived by: her husband Eric Perry of Kalona; her daughter Leslie Emmons of Lake Station, MI; and her siblings, Marsha Shepherd (Paul), Victoria Mumby (Jim), Richie Schrock (John) and Rick Schrock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
