He is survived by: his wife Dolores of Kalona; his children, Mary Jo Long (Paul) of Clinton, MS, Myrna Jane Miller (Dirk) of Lititz, PA, Sharla Zasadny (Tom) of Walker, IA and Forrest Miller (Nora) of Newton, KA.; and his brother Paul L. Miller (Laura) of Kalona. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 14 great grand children.
