She is survived by: her husband Perry E. Bontrager; her children, Iva Hunsberger (Michael) of Westminster, SC, Mary Lou Bontrager of Des Moines, IA, Larry Bontrager of Purcell, OK, Lori Schrock (Dwight) of Riverside, IA and Lamar Bontrager (Sarah) of Pasadena, CA; her grandchildren, Austin, Bryson, Ellie Hunsberger, Dylan, Adison, Alexis, Leslie Miller, Levi, Gentry Bontrager, Taylor, Nicole, Carson, Blake Schrock, Selah, Eliza Bontrager and Essence Allen; and her great grandchild Mateo Coleman.

A memorial fund has been established for Iowa City Hospice.
