With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Paul L Miller of Kalona, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry H. Miller and Mary Pearl Miller (Gingerich); and his brothers, Daniel, Monroe and Quinten Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Kempf of Kalona; his children, Tom "Goose" Miller (Rebecca) of Kalona, Tim "Big" Miller (Dee) of Kalona and Ann Miller of Wood Dale, IL; his grandchildren, Mya, Noah, Ava and Jack Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Nita Miller, Dolores Miller of Kalona and Marlin Kempf (Linda) of Iowa City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peterseim Funeral Home (201 B Ave, Kalona, IA 52247). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the East Union Cemetery (5615 Gable Ave SW, Kalona, IA 52247). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the East Union Mennonite Church (5615 Gable Ave SW, Kalona, IA 52247).
A memorial fund has been established for the East Union Mennonite Church and the Kalona Volunteer Fire Department.
