He is survived by: his wife Lori Brower; his family, Katie Phillips (Jaimie Adkins), Sara Phillips (Hamza Fofana), Madou Fofana and Hinda Fofana; and his brothers, Leonard Phillips (Sandra) of North English, Steve Phillips of Kalona and Matthew Phillips (Kari) of North Liberty.
