He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli L. Miller and Anna Miller (Gingerich); and his siblings, George, Ella, Eldon, Paul Miller and Nettie Schrock.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean of Kalona; his children, Dean Miller (Julie) of Kalona, Evie Yoder (Paul) of Buda, IL, Ray Miller (Ginny) of Chambersburg, PA, Lee Miller (Pam) of Iowa City and Lyle Miller (Bonnie) of Goshen, IN; his grandchildren, Jennifer Newendorp (Dan), Sheena Johnson (David), Alicia Yoder (Philip), James Miller, Monica Miller, Brian Miller (Kally), Kyle Miller (Quinlan), Tony Miller and Ryan Miller (Carolyn Saylor); his great grandchildren, Lydia, Caleb Johnson, Shiloh, Jed, Micah Yoder, Reyer Newendorp, Morgan, Zoey Miller and Cooper Miller; and his sister Cora Frey of Newton, KS..
