She was predeceased by: her parents, John Miller and Martha Miller (Miller); her husband Wilson R. Swantz; and her siblings, Ervin (Lizzie), Samuel, John Jr. (Freda), Elizabeth Bontrager (Manas), Sarah Yoder (Perry), Lena Suderman (Bernard), Naomah Slabach (Ervin), Clara Yoder (Andrew), Edna Yoder (Amos), Mary Schlabach (Amos) and Katie Miller (Enos).
She is survived by: her sons, Ervin Swantz (Cindy) of Excello, MO, Earl Swantz of Kalona and Elwood Swantz (Sherry) of Kalona. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Social distancing guidelines will be in place.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Pleasantview, Hospice of Iowa City, and Upper Deer Creek Church.
