It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lydia Mae Bontrager (Kalona, Iowa), born in Thomas, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 25, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Yoder and Edna Mae Yoder (Yoder); her husband Henry E. Bontrager; and her siblings, Dave E. Yoder and Sylvia Yutzy.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Bontrager of Kalona, Delmar Bontrager (Carolyn) of Wellman, Laverta Beachy (Evan) of Kalona and Loretta Stoltzfoos (Elam) of Kalona; her grandchildren, Derek Beachy, David Bontrager, Jonathan Bontrager (Hannah), Shaena Beachy (Freeman), Jacob Stoltzfoos, Ashley Bontrager, Bradley Stoltzfoos (Debra), Gregory Stoltzfoos and Aaron Stoltzfoos; her great grandchildren, Erin, Bentley Bontrager, Monica, Logan, Dallas and Addison Beachy; and her siblings, Toby E. Yoder of Paris, TX, Barbara Stutzman of Decatur, Bertha Schrock of Larussell, MO and Dorothy Kinsinger of Oakland, MD..
