He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert C. and Mary V. Miller (Yoder); his brothers, Duane and Ken; and his sister-in-law Edie Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Fairbrother of Kalona; his daughters, Jodie Mesa (Greg) of Monument, CO and Jennie Shalla (Andrew) of North Liberty; his grandchildren, Briana, Christian, Wyatt, Danica, Anthony and Caleb; his siblings, Wes Miller (Connie), Ernie Miller, David Miller (Joyce), Eldora Miller (Wayne), Carol Gingerich (Nathan) and Lola Wengerd (Steve); and his sister-in-law Cheryl Miller (Rubie).
A memorial fund has been established for the Iowa Donor Network.
