He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry Lee and Lena Ruth Coblentz; his uncle Ryan Knepp; and his cousin Paul Hanna. He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Shultz (Shelly) and Denise Coblentz; his siblings, Elizabeth Cox (Michael), Kayla Fanatia (Devin Ulin) and Austin Fanatia (Dakota); and his grandparents, Donna and Joseph Fanatia. He is also survived by family and friends for his positivity, love of animals.
