He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otis and Patricia Dawn Hulser (Endersbe). He is survived by: his daughters, Jenna Lisk (Lance) of Tiffin and Jasmin Evans (Matt) of Tiffin; his granddaughter Elin Lisk; his stepgranddaughter Rebecca Cole; and his sisters, Jil Kellen of Ft. Walton, FL and Jana White of Sioux Rapids, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
