She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Buffer (Stam). She is survived by: her father Pete Buffer of Kalona; her daughter Ella; and her uncle Gary Stam (Kay) of Estherville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may go to the Mid-Prairie Fine Arts Boosters.
