She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Kennard and Violet Kennard (Shepardson); her husband Joe Trier; her son Tom; and her sister Isabelle Krantz.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Shelley Blakeney (John) of Washington, Iowa; her grandsons, Aaron Trier of Cedar Rapids and Kyle Blakeney of Fremont, California; and her sister-in-law LaVonne Kerkove of Ankeny, Iowa. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
