It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gloria Yoder (Kalona, Iowa), who passed away on May 27, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardis Vance and Elaine Vance (Shackelton); her son Zachary; and her brother-in-law Marcus Yoder. She is survived by: her husband Galen; her children, Caleb Yoder (Beth) of Minneapolis, MN, Rebecca Rensema (Tristan) of Seattle, WA, Maria Swartzentruber (Matt) of Harrisonburg, VA and Nicole Yoder (Katie) of Reston, VA; her grandchildren, Austin, Josiah Yoder, Lydia, Eli, Molly Swartzentruber and Will Yoder; and her siblings, Gaylen Vance (Carol) of Shueyville, IA, Carol Hagen (Karl) of Alma, MI, Anita Buck (Dan) of New Paris, IN and James Vance (Renee) of Port Huron, MI.. She is also survived by eighteen nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for Mennonite Historical Society of Iowa and West Union Mennonite Church.
