He was predeceased by: his parents, Enos Miller and Erma Miller (Doolin); and his siblings, Elaine Earnest, Janice Blosser and Eldon Dean Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Hochstetler; his children, Jerry Miller (Lou Ann) of Kalona, Evelyn Bender (Daniel) of Kalona, Calvin Miller of Round Rock, Texas, Phillip Miller (Karol) of Iowa City and Galen Miller of Kalona; and his siblings, Duane Miller (Florence) of Iowa City, Dale Miller (Carol) of Iowa City and Ermadine Boshart (Norman) of Wayland. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
