He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy John and Maude Edythe Kallaus (Welte); and his siblings, Robert, Thomas Kallaus, Pauline Hershberger, Yvonne Davis and Mary Kathyrn Barry.
He is survived by: his siblings, Norman Kallaus of Iowa City, Jane Kallaus of Iowa City, Louise Sattler of Kalona and Angie Hofer (Tom) of Kalona; and his sister-in-law Dora Kallaus of Kalona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
