He is survived by: his children, James of Kalona, Trish Billups (Steve) and Lori of Kalona; his grandchildren, Heather Dunn (Stephen) of Des Moines, WA, Eric Billups (Cassie) of Hopkins, MN and Dustin Billups of LaCross, WI; his great grandchildren, Ellery Billups and Annabel Dunn; and his sister Edna Miller (Gene) of Kalona.
