She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jeffrey Anseth of Bensenville, IL, Jennifer Anseth of Kalona, IA, Katy Anseth of Somonauk, IL and Amanda Mejia of Fort Myers, FL.; her grandchildren, Lourdes of Mink, JT, Nehemiah and Alyssa; her siblings, Glenn Huff (Leeann) of New Hope, MN and JoAnna Meyer (Denny) of Duluth, MN; her parents, Earl Erickson and Lois Erickson; her parents-in-law, Maxine and Harold Anseth; her niece Jill Anseth; her nephew Max Anseth; her son-in-law Felipe Mejia; and her husband Jim Anseth. She was also cherished by several Nieces and Nephews.
