She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Kauffman and Catherine Kauffman (Clingdanel); her husband Emil Howard Ropp; and her brothers, Paul, Lowell and John.
She is survived by: her son James Ropp of Evans; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn Ropp, Jenna Blais (Erik) and Jamie Ropp; her daughter Juanita Troyer (Gordon) of Kalona; her grandchildren, Andrea Troyer, Patrick Troyer and Christopher Troyer; her daughter Vivian Martin (Fred) of Washington; her grandchildren, Scott Marner (Alicia), Teri Marner and Jeff Marner (Jenni); her child Kim Lehman (Kent) of Kalona; her grandchildren, Jacob Lehman (Katie), Michelle Zook (Matthew), Emily Bixler (Isaac), Karlee, Katelyn, Rachel, Grace and Faith Lehman; and her siblings, Marilyn Hunt of Riverside, Dawn Whitlock of Riverside, Gayle Barrett of Sultan, Washington, Wayne Kauffman of Riverside and Robert Kauffman of Ainsworth. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for Pleasantview Nursing Home.
