It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma J. Yoder (Kalona, Iowa), who passed away on March 25, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Yoder and Lena Yoder (Miller); her siblings, Ida Yoder of Kalona, Nina Borntrager (William) of Millersburg, IN., Simon Yoder (Mary Susan) of Kalona, Dennis Yoder (Judith) of Kalona, Lydia (John Borntrager), Amelia (Jess Yoder), Anna Mae (Lester Coblenz), Mary Yoder, Ruben Yoder, Albert, Cleola Yoder and Henry Yoder; her brother-in-law Willard Yoder; and her stepbrothers, Fred, Henry, Edwin, David and Samuel Schrock.
She is survived by: her husband Cephas C. Yoder; her brother-in-law Christy Yoder (Katie) of Centerville, MI; her stepsiblings, Martha Yoder (Lonnie) of Arthur, IL., Elizabeth Ann Beachy (Roy) of Kalona, Daniel Schrock (Dena) of Michigan and Jerry Schrock (Magdalena) of Kalona; and her sisters-in-law, Edna of Illinois, Nancy of Illinois, Viola of Illinois, Lizzie Ann of Illinois, Susie Schrock of Illinois and Esta Schrock of Florida. She is also survived by three sons and four daughters.
