He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Coblentz and Barbara Coblentz (Gingerich); and his siblings, Dwight, Joe, Ruby and Marie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Coblentz (Esther) of Kalona and Fannie Coblentz of Kalona; and his sister-in-law Susie Coblentz of Bloomfield. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for Hospice of Washington County and Fairview Church.
