She is survived by: her children, Wava Gingerich (Lawrence) of Plain City, Arlis Helmuth (Loretta) of Kalona, Keith Helmuth (Laurie) of Sarasota, Bev Helmuth of Sarasota and Curtis Helmuth (Doyle Helmuth) of Kalona; her grandchildren, Wendell Gingerich (Bethany), Richard Gingerich, Zachary Hyman, Darin Helmuth (Emily), Justin Helmuth (Drew), Brandon Helmuth (Kayla), Lance Helmuth (McKenzie), Cierra Helmuth, Niva Helmuth, Jaimee Helmuth, Molly Helmuth and Makayla Helmuth; her great grandchildren, Carston Gingerich, Elliana Gingerich, Luke Gingerich, Garrett Gingerich, Masynn Helmuth and Blakely Helmuth; her siblings, Verda Swartzendruber, Martha Bender and Vernon Ropp; and her brother-in-law Leslie Hostetler of Kalona.
