She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sleichter and Erma Sleichter (Flynn); her husband Bob; her son John; her son-in-law Jim Litwiller; and her siblings, Dorotha Chapek, Norma Fry, Edith Moorhead, Richard, Carroll, Daniel and Vern Sleichter.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Kallaus (Judy) of Dayton, MN, Barb Peters (Don) of Washington, IA, Mary Litwiller (Lonny Oswald) of Kalona, IA and Kate Slaubaugh (Tom) of Kalona, IA; and her daughter-in-law Vanya Kallaus of Apple Valley, MN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the Pleasantview Memory Care Unit.
