It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Worthington (Kalona, Iowa), who passed away on April 4, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, John J. and Viola "Vi" Worthington (Watt); his children, Stephanie Shaner (Jeff) of Mayville, WI., Dewain Peterson (Kirsten) of Mokena, IL. and Toni Van Bevern (Chris) of Alpha, IL.; his wife Nancy of Kalona; his siblings, Melinda Frakes, Carolyn Taflinger, Brenda Lybarger (Jim), Juana Becraft (Richard) and Michael Worthington (Ruth); his stepdaughter Nichole Myles; and his grandparents, John Worthington, Mabel Worthington, Ben Watt and Mae Watt. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, and eight step great grandchildren.
