We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2021, at the age of 63, Anita Kay Zook (Kalona, Iowa), born in Elkhart, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Lowell Shaum. She is survived by: her mother Grace Shaum (Ramer); her husband Ronald Zook; and her children, Elaine Curtiss (David), Darrell Zook (Teresa), Daniel Zook (Rosanne) and Myron Zook (Diane). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
