With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adrian Schoenmaker (Kalona, Iowa), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrianus and Mary Ward; his wife Sara Lee of Arlington; and his sisters, Ruth Coe of Alexandria, Virginia and Maud Jahncke of Cedar Rapids, Iowa..
He is survived by: his children, David Schoenmaker of Lincoln and Susan Schoenmarklin (Rich Marklin) of Wauwatosa; and his grandchildren, Ellen, Aaron Schoenmaker, Davis and Marika Marklin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Sharon Center United Methodist Church or the Southern Poverty Law Center.
