He is survived by: his wife Terri Lightly; his stepchildren, Carlos, Tiffany Clark, Bryan Perry and Bret Perry; his grandchildren, Haley Perry, Cole Perry, Rilyn Perry, Lane Perry, Ethan Perry, Aleigha Perry, Averie Perry, Olivia, Dallas and Addilynn Marie Clark; his siblings, Jeff Lightly (Connie) and Diane Miksell (Rich); his aunt Lois Johnson (Bob); his nephew Dan Miksell; his niece Heather Santi; and his mother-in-law Mary Kimber.
