He is survived by: his parents, Stanley A. Luchka, Jr. and Beverly A. Luchka (Burghardt) of Johnston; his children, Kaylee A. Luchka, Sarah E. Luchka and Jacob A. Luchka; his sisters, Brenda L. Frederickson (Howard) of Scituate and Katherine E. Zahansky of Foster; and his pet Mittens.
