She was predeceased by: her parents, William Willis and Ellen Emilene Garrison (Moore); her husband Wayne Henry Bergen; her daughter Rozan Marie Bergen Driskell; and her siblings, Juanita, Mary, Jackie, Richard, Robin, Leo Jr. and Frank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Rippenkroeger (Kenneth) of Cleveland, Julie Bergen Watts (Larry) of Johnston and Barbara Sirovy of Lone Tree, Iowa; and her siblings, William Phllips (Nancy) of West Liberty, JoAnn Luttrull (Charles) of Letts, Leola Garner of Wapello, Charlene Cozad of Muscatine and Tony Garrison (Mary) of Wapello. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
