He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Mary Cecilia Tibbetts; his wife Peggy (Peggy); his children, Teresa Tibbetts Hoffman and Michele Rhoads (Todd); his grandson Bill Tibbetts; his brother Larry Tibbetts (Mickey); his sister-in-law MaryKay Tibbetts; his daughter-in-law Lori Tibbetts; his grandchildren, Kinsey Hoffman, Sarah Hoffman, Melissa Tibbetts, Allie Hutchins (Joseph), Zachary Tibbetts, Roni Jo McCann (Jordan) and Delaney Rhoads; his parent Mary Cecelia Oxenfield; his stepfather Theodore Oxenfield; his son Richard M. Tibbetts (Rick); his brothers, Robert L. Tibbetts and David E. Tibbetts; and his sister-in-law Claire Meng Tibbetts.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Dowling Catholic High School or St. Mary of Nazareth Catholic Church.
