She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorene Smith Werner and Larry Werner; her husband Bill; and her brothers, Larry and John Werner.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hardcopf of Algona, Julie Nelson (Lynn), Roger Hardcopf (Cyndie) of Boyd, Texas and Angie Goodale (Regi) of Urbandale; her grandchildren, Andrea Andersen (Josh), Grant Nelson (Anna), Daniel Nelson, Joseph Nelson, Mary Nelson, Jenny Stagg (Jordan), Rick Hardcopf, Lauren Hokamp (Ben), Mallorie Bussey (James) and Olivia Denning (Zach); her great grandchildren, Griffin, Hampel Nelson, Agnes, Miriam, Judah Hokamp and Lucy Bussey; and her siblings, Rosemary Mills, Jim and Tony Werner.
