He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, English Shire Draft Horse and Carousel Farms Draft Horses; his wife Janet; his children, Vernon Schuessler, Lucas, Josephine, Kimberly and Tim Manning; his grandchildren, Blake, Danny, Garrett, Bryce and Madeline; his children, Paula Eichinger and Scott Sievers; his grandchildren, Jenna, Jaryd, Taylor and Clinton; his children, Darcy and Glenn Gill; his grandchildren, McClane, Macy and Meredith; his sons, Douglas Schuessler (Maria) and Jim; his grandchildren, Madison, Jimmie, Sheridan and Landon; his great grandchildren, Keely, Lennox, Sloane and Blaire; his parents, Howard Schuessler and Gladys Schuessler; his siblings, Vernon Schuessler, Elwood Schuessler, David Schuessler, Barbara Dowd, Beverly Horton and Margaret Elwell; and his siblings-in-law, Paul Elwell, Richard Elwell and Lynn Ann Elwell.
