He is survived by: his spouse Renita Fuls; his daughters, Jennifer Hebert (Jason) of Marion, IA, Rebecca Bacon of Des Moines, IA and Sandra Hedrick (David) of Vinton, IA; his grandchildren, Zachary Hebert, Olivia Hedrick and Averi Hedrick; and his sisters, Ellen Daughtery and Evelyn Duffy.
