She is survived by: her siblings, Sue Hagan (Dennis), Joanne VerHuel, Delores De Bonis (John Leopold), Donald Wallace (Ruby), Ronald Wallace, Robert Wallace and Danny Wallace (Marvon). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made Mercy Hospice Johnston, or the Sunshine Open Bible Church, in loving memory of Carolyn.
