We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2024, at the age of 66, Carol Rupiper of Johnston, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Carol's name for the Carroll Animal Rescue League, Kuemper Art Department and other to be designated at a later date.
