He was predeceased by: his parents, Melba Blair (Roberts) and David Blair; his former wife Kay Blair; his brother David Blair; and his great grandchild Elijah Jacob.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Elliott, Diane Kunzler, David Blair (Chris) and Bruce Blair; and his grandchildren, Julie Elliott, Eric Elliott, Chad Elliott (Alyssa), Kendall Lensch (Nick), Kelly Kunzler (Chelsea), Melissa Stanley (David), Jacob Blair, Alison Blair, Kim Clemence (Andrew) and Lauren Stevenson (Jason). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and extended family.
