It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip C. Johnson (Jewell, Iowa), born in Stratford, Iowa, who passed away on March 20, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Kirk Johnson; and his siblings, Orland, Orval, Marvin, Marcelle Bergman, Shirley Vinchattle and Phyllis Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Johnson of Jewell; his children, Rochelle Hill (Doug) of Stratford and Nicholas Johnson (Shelli) of Stanhope; his great grandchildren, Ashlyn and Adalynn; and also, Tony, Jessica, Tjerdan and Garrett.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
