She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Ness and Alfred Ness; her husband Leslie M Peterson; her parents-in-law, Ida and Anton Peterson; and her sons-in-law, Danny East and Chuck Buck.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda East of Cedar Rapids and Lori Peterson of Jewell; her grandchildren, Stacy Bowdish (Mike) of Phoenix, Bradley East (Courtney) of Marion, Anthony and Felicia Buck (Ryan Lawler) of Austin; her great grandchildren, Lexi, Alyssa Bowdish, Ellie, Parker East, Khloe, Braxton Buck and Roice Lawler; her sister Thelma White; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Peterson, Ina Sabby, Pat Peterson, Marlys Peterson, Sterling and Stanley Peterson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
