It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Carlson (Jewell, Iowa), who passed away on April 30, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Carlson and Alice Carlson (Fisher); his siblings, Neil Carlson and Marilyn (Clyde Crawford); his father-in-law Emery Eckhart; and his niece Susan Keasey.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Carlson of Jewell; his brother Alan Carlson (Linda) of Waukee; his mother-in-law June Eckhart of Boone; his siblings-in-law, Larry Eckhart (Melanie Erickson) of Boone and Lois Carlson of Bentonville; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Adam, Ryan, Josh, Cherie, Jessica, Jamie, Dakota, Brandi, Hayden, GraceLynn, Malachi, Shannon, Shelby, Robert, Jason, Alicia, Tyler, Drew, Jeff, Brian, Megan, Avery, Easton and Caleb.
