She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayme Orvedal and John Orvedal; her brothers, John and Dennis Orvedal; and her sons, John Oscar and James Thayer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Bergan (Patrick) of Overland Park, KS, Debra Quackenbush of Honeoye Falls, NY and Shellie Johnson (Al) of Randall, IA; her grandchildren, Paige (Peter Trzil), Brooke Bergan, Ryan (Stefanie Drago), Evan, Lily Quackenbush, Annie and Katie Johnson (Jacob Bruck); her sister Gertie Goodale; and her sister-in-law Judy Orvedal.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Alzheimer's Association.
