He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Lee Scalf. He is survived by: his wife Samantha Ann Hunter of Jewell; his children, Liam and Mia of Jewell; his mother Glenda Scalf of Ellsworth; and his brothers, James Mealey, John Mealey (Jodi), Brennan Munford (Analisa) and Ken Scalf (Darci).
