He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Esbon Cook and Helen Catherine Cook (Lynch); and his brother Russell Cook. He is survived by: his son Michael Cook (Cinthia) of Jesup; his grandchildren, Nicole Foelske (Chad) of Jesup, Jeffrey Cook (Jill) of Jesup and Whitney Benter (Steve) of Jesup; and his great grandchildren, Landen, Brantley, Hadley, Kenzingten Foelske and Gracelynn Cook. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
