She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Calvin Smith and Edith Elaine Smith (Nye); her stepfather Morris Adams; and her sister Lora Mager. She is survived by: her husband Alen Nagel of Waterloo; her sons, Jeremie Nagel (Jennifer) of Dunkerton and Jason Nagel (Amy) of Granby, CO; her grandchildren, Grant, Quinn, Jordyn, Justine Nagel and Jenna Senn (Abbey); her siblings, Doug Smith (Candy) of Broomfield, CO, Calvin Smith (Denise) of Dunkerton, Larry Smith (Christine) of Anchorage, AK, Lela Pettit (Scott) of Waterloo and Cheryl Wallace of Dunkerton; and her brother-in-law Wayne Mager of Adel, IA..
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, there will be a private family service at the First Baptist Church in Dunkerton, IA, on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
